Special Instructions
If entering from the front of Main Street square, take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor, salon and spa to the left. If entering from the Parking garage take the stairs up to second floor, we are on the right. Or go down one flight of stairs and take the elevator to upper level (UL) and we are on the right.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. In the best consideration of our Salon/Spa clients, and our team members, we respectfully ask that a 24 hour notice is given for any appointment changes or cancellations. In accordance to our cancellation policy, the team of Quintessence Salon and Spa will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved appointment for cancellations less then 24 hours in advance as well as any last minute cancellations. There will be a 100% charge for ALL no-show appointments. Our salon and spa professionals cannot get their time, energy and product back that they used to perform client services, because of that we do not offer refunds. We do offer an adjustment the same week as your services if there is an issue, within reason. IF you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment we have the right to refuse and charge the full amount. We truly care that our clients love their services. That is our #1 goal. But we are also a business and this policy protects our staff and Quintessence Team.
