Quintessence Salon and Spa Policy
-In the best consideration of our salon clients along with our team members, we respectfully ask that a minimum of 24 hour notice is given for any appointment changes or cancellations.
-In accordance to our cancellation policy, the team of Quintessence Salon and Spa may charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service for no-shows and last minute appointment cancellations.
-Pricing for our salon services are based on the experience and education of the individual stylist.
-Service prices vary by specialist and start at the prices listed. If you are seeking a specific pricing point, we are more than happy to provide options for you within the services of our stylist.
-Please note that our services pricing may increase based on additional time/product required to accommodate very thick, long hair or corrective color.
-All prices are subject to change and do not include gratuity.
The Quintessence team reserve the right to refuse service to guests who:
-Any client who presents a disorder or condition that makes them ineligible for services (for specific questions and other service inquires please contact us directly.)
-The Quintessence Team Member feels they can not provide them with the highest level of satisfaction.
-In the case of dissatisfaction with a service you have received, we are happy to provide to you the opportunity to return to the salon/spa for us to redo the service if we see fit.
-Our policy for a redo service is that you must call us within 10 business days of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same team member who provided the service.
-The team member will decide if this service is in fact eligible for a redo.
-Quintessence Salon and Spa welcomes all children, with a scheduled appointment.
-However, in the best interest of our team members and your child's safety, all staff members, employees, and affiliates of Quintessence Salon and Spa do not hold liability for your children if they are running, spinning, or climbing on chairs, touching or playing with cords or tools, choose to touch items from stylist stations, or open any closed drawers within the space during their visit with us.
-Please note that any and all of our team members at Quintessence are encouraged to discourage this behavior, in the best interest and safety of all children that visit Quintessence Salon and Spa.
-If damage (personal/business) should occur, you are the parent, will be held responsible.
-Returns of unopened or defective products are not an issue and we would be happy to swap it out or refund it at your choice.
-Products may not be returned after 14 days from purchase.
